You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep stocks-notify running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Price monitoring is performed at periodic intervals rather than continuously; as a result, brief or momentary price movements that occur between monitoring cycles may not be captured. Alerts may also be delayed or missed due to market data availability, system maintenance, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from delayed, missed, or untriggered notifications.

7. Data Accuracy

Stock price data is sourced from third-party providers. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that prices or percentage changes are real-time or error-free. Do not rely solely on this service for time-sensitive trading decisions.

8. Subscription & Billing

Free accounts are subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, stocks-notify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
